How to Raise tickets?

Step 1- Click on “HBT Support menu”

Step 2: Click on “Tasks Button”

Step 3: Click on “CREATE” button to raise the ticket

Step 4: Write the subject line for your ticket

Step 5: Write a brief note on the issue in “Description” box and click on “file” to attach document/ Photo if any

Step 6: Deciding priority and deadline

Step7: Click on “ADD TASK” button to submit your ticket
